Disposable Camera Promotion T&Cs

  • For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "The Promoter" refers to Envited whose Instagram handle is @envited.io. "The Promotion" refers to a 'Polaroid Disposable Camera with Flash FS72' being given to eligible hosts for every 12 people that respond 'Going' to their Envited event. “The Prize” refers to the quantity of 'Polaroid Disposable Camera with Flash FS72' that has been won. “Hosts” refer to event hosts who create their event on Envited with the intention of receiving one or more blocks of ALBY Lager.
  • By entering The Promotion you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. The Promotion begins on 12.00am AWST on 18/08/2022 and will run indefinitely until The Promoter ends The Promotion.
  • The Promotion with entry via envited.io is open only to residents of Australia.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to end The Promotion at any time with no notice given. Envited also reserves the right to pause The Promotion at any time with no notice given, and re-start The Promotion at any time with no notice given.
  • No purchase necessary. Hosts will not be required make a purchase to participate in The Promotion.
  • Employees of The Promoter are not eligible to enter.
  • Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn or any other social networks are not in any way affiliated or involved in the competition.
  • Details of entry:
    • Each entrant shall enter The Promotion by hosting a genuine event on Envited and inviting their friends to the event. The entrant will receive one (1) 'Polaroid Disposable Camera with Flash FS72' for every 12 people that respond 'Going', up to a maximum of three (3) 'Polaroid Disposable Camera with Flash FS72' per event.
    • The Host must also include the word 'Envited' in the title of the event to indicate their intention to enter the promotion.
    • The number of responses will be recorded before 5pm on the nearest Wednesday before the event occurs. The quantity of The Prize that the host will receive is also determined at this time.
    • If the event is created and there is no Wednesday between the creation date, The Promoter can make no guarantees that The Prize will be able to be fulfilled. If The Prize cannot be fulfilled The Promoter will not be held liable. No correspondence will be entered into.
    • Only one qualifying event per person will be accepted. In the event that a host organises multiple events that qualify for The Promotion, only one event will receive The Prize - which event receives the cameras will be at the discretion of The Promoter. The Promoter also reserves the right to award a host who has hosted multiple qualifying events multiple instances of The Promotion, this will be at The Promoter's discretion.
    • In the event that the 'Polaroid Disposable Camera with Flash FS72' become unavailable or cannot be fulfilled, The Promoter will search for an alternative of equivalent price. If none can be found, The Promotion will not be fulfilled and The Promoter will not be held liable. The Promotion will also end. No correspondence or negotiations with The Promoter will be entered into.

  • Details of notification:
    • Hosts who have a qualifying event that has been approved by The Promoter will be notified via text message. They will have 24 hours to respond to the text message stating that they will claim The Prize. They will then be sent details of collection.
    • If The Promoter receives no message of acceptance within the 24 hours, they host will become ineligible to receive The Prize.
  • Details of collection:
    • Hosts who have a qualifying event that has been approved by The Promoter will be required to pick up The Prize from 45 St Georges Terrace, Perth WA 6000.
    • If the host misses their allocated pickup time, they will become ineligible to receive The Prize.
    • If the host cannot pickup from the pickup location, alternative postage arrangements can be made at the expense of the host. The Promoter reserves the right to not fulfil The Prize if The Promoter suspects the postage and associated costs will not be paid by the host. This will be at the discretion of The Promoter.
  • The Promoter will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid.
  • To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter's liability under or in connection with the competition or these terms and conditions shall be limited to the cost price of a 'Polaroid Disposable Camera with Flash FS72'.
  • To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter shall not be liable under or in connection with these terms and conditions, The Promotion or The Prize for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by a participant even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the participant and the promoter and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.
  • The Prize is non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. Where The Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the promoter reserves the right to substitute The Prize for a prize of equal or higher value, or not fulfil The Prize at all.
  • The name and phone number of the qualifying hosts will be shared with all relevant third parties to enable fulfillment of The Prize. The personal details of the qualifying hosts and other relevant persons to The Prize will not be shared or used for reasons other than for the fulfillment of The Prize.
  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond The Promoter's reasonable control, the promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.
  • The Promoter's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
  • Qualifying Hosts consent to The Promoter publishing the qualifying Hosts' first name and the initial of their last name on The Promoter's social media profiles. The qualifying Hosts' social media username and images from their event may also be posted at The Promoter's discretion.
